Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, contact us and request or book appointments. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, sending spam or unsolicited advertising through our forms, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site’s operation, or scraping its content with automated tools.
Quotes, Pricing & Bookings
- Prices on the Site, including truck load and dumpster rental prices, are estimates for general information and may change without notice. Your final price is confirmed on site before work begins, based on the actual volume, weight, labor, access and disposal fees involved.
- Online booking discounts (such as “Save $20”) apply only to appointments booked through our online booking system, may not be combined with other offers, and may be changed or ended at any time.
- Submitting a contact form or booking request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it.
- Dumpster rentals are subject to the rental period, weight and disposal charges, and restrictions described on our Dumpster Rental page and in any rental agreement provided to you.
Accepted & Prohibited Items
We do not accept hazardous materials, including car fluids and fuel, pesticides and herbicides, biohazard items, bleach and cleaning solutions, hazardous chemicals, pressurized containers, batteries, asbestos, flammable liquids, or any item we cannot safely move. Items containing freon may not be placed in rental dumpsters. You are responsible for telling us about any such materials, and we may refuse any item or adjust pricing at our discretion.
Your Responsibilities
When you book a service you confirm that you own, or have the authority to dispose of, the items to be removed, and that you have the right to give us access to the property. Please remove any valuables, documents or personal items you wish to keep; once hauled away, items cannot be recovered.
Intellectual Property
The Site’s content — including our name, logo, text, photos and design — belongs to Vets Junk Removal or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Site links to and may display third-party services such as Workiz (online booking), Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp and BNI. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for those services; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that the Site is error-free or always available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vets Junk Removal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Terms for the services we perform are set out in your quote, invoice or service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vets Junk Removal and its owners and crew from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
